We’ve learned the painful lessons of hiring the wrong people and developed mechanisms to hire the right ones, so you don’t have to go through the same painful lessons as us.

Since our founding, we’ve had the privilege of working with today’s top technological movers and shakers such as Mailchimp, Rover.com, Momentus Space, and others. Some of our seed-stage startups have gotten backed by the most prominent investors in silicon valley with help from our engineering talent.
